Anyone,

Read your post on the disconnect switch Ford offers, does this work with AWD as well or just 4WD?

Thanks,

Hello

Not sure, I was dealing with a 4WD not an AWD. Check with a Ford Dealer. Mine is a 2006 Ranger and a 20004 Explorer, worked great on both. Maybe things have advanced and there are new things out there, But, this was so simple and cheap and a Factory solution so how could I go wrong ! If you are woroking with that era of Ford I think you are OK.

Good luck, Chris
