Last week we had our 2002 Affinity in the Country Coach facility for two days. The biggest job was to fix the front slide seal that another repair facility did wrong and then told us they did not know how to do the CC slide seals properly when it leaked and we complained. Country Coach put in a new seal and the cost was much more modest than the first people. Our service person Daniel went down our list and did a very good job of getting everything done on time. He also fixed several nagging issues that no one else had taken care of when we tried to get these items fixed at other places.
This is our second visit to Country Coach to have work done. I can tell you that they are much busier this year than two years ago. We used the on site free camping and all the spaces were pretty much full the three nights we were there.
We could not be happier with the way we were treated and the work done. Even though there are issues from the past that I read on this forum, I can tell you I am very glad that what exists now is there. It also seems very evident that what Ron Lee has done is great. We really like our 11 year old coach and want to keep it in excellent condition.
When possible we are going to get our work done at CC.
