I know this has been beaten to death, but curious. Why can't individual owners go after the manufacture of the fiberglass? I realize CC did, collected, then blew it all. But did any of the owners sign up for the settlement? Not an attorney (obviously), but don't understand why one has to settle for a settlement they had no part in.
