If that's not the cause then its possible you have a vapor lock. I have always corrected mine in the past
by reconnecting to city water opening the interior faucets until you get a good steady flow from both
hot and cold. Then turn the faucets off and turn the pump back on still with the city water connected.
The pump should stop running in a few seconds. Then turn off and disconnect the city . All should be fine. If you see water leaking from the fill nozzle you either need a new pump or a brass threaded plug
to stop the leak, which can also allow air in the system.

If you mean that the pump is running and there is no water then I suggest you look at your fresh water
fill valve. You may have left it open the last time you filled the tank.
