For those who are having problems with Yahoo.. please provide the version of the browser you are using..
I am sure that this will help track down the issue and a solution.

Convert over to FireFox and just keep rolling along. Piece of cake. Never saw this issue.

And yes the format seems to not yet flow for my simple way of looking at things:)!
While change is our friend, it sure can be confusing at times....
I'm relieved that it was a format change, I thought possibly Stan sent me some of his Happy Med's while watching football from the Hospital:)! (Keep doing well Stan!)
Best of luck to us all, and to those of you that make things 'work' THANK YOU! Smitty

Let me add I tried my iPad (first generation, and at the highest IOS that it allows) - and it will not reflect any of the messages.
Hope progress is being made on all fronts... Or, gee, perhaps a 'Rollback' to previous method would be better, until they have all the bugs worked out.
Reminds me of a Microsoft Release, where they expected the public to pay for the privilege to debug... I always waited until at leas the "X.2" release - letting the brave and or foolish work with "X.0" and "X.1"...:)!
Best to all,
Smitty

Hi Everyone,
Just used Chrome, Firefox 23.01 and IE8... and all of the messages (downstream of a topic) are visible.
All of the messages/topics etc. are as normal.
Even tried two other PC's with different OS's and the yahoo group - messages etc. appear normal.
This is very strange...
It might be some type of security setting in your browser of choice (an internal requirement added by Yahoo, maybe )... It is time to play with changing the settings to see if the issue can be duplicated.

Using good old Fire fox - And what ever is going on in Yahoo is totally fowling up anything and everything for me. I'll be back in a week and check. And if it is not cleared up I'll check in a couple of weeks. Then I guess I'll really be missing a really great source of information. No threads, no continuity, no organization, missing stuff, strangely abbreviated, insufficient information or inclusion, and on and on.

I have been reading about the problems the members have been having.
I have no problems at all. I have the messages forwarded or in my Yahoo "Mail" The yahoo mail account is used only for the CC Forum messages. I went to the bar on top and went to the groups link. I noticed a new format, but it did not appear I lost anything. I can read all the posts, look at the pictures and go to the links. I'm using Chrome, both on a PC and Mac.

Here some issues with the new format called NEO.
1. How to search by message number.
2. How to search by message (conversation) title.
3. How to respond directly to the person without posting to the group.
Here is what I did. On the left side column close the bottom is Feedback. Click on Feedback and post your question - you will get a step by step answer.

I am using Firefox 23.0.1 and aldthough I can access some of the info and recent posts there are no longer any list of additional posts on the subject that OP leaves. You have to open a search with the title of the OP's post instead of having them immediately available below. Also, I didn't see the date so I would know how current the posts are when referring to a search. After another search I found some dates, others just say "Sat" or "Sun" .
Can we go back to the old format?

Thank you Russ.
After I clicked on "Conversations" and then "Messages" and opened a message I found the other related messages.
Guess I'm just not good at accepting change.

Tom,
Tell me where you can find the Search function to enter a title or topic to search on, eg, kovol solar Fred Kovol

I use Google Chrome for a browser and I'm not having any problems. I tried it on Firefox 23.0.1 and it works fine on it, also. I have operating system Windows 7. Anyway, when I go to qutos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Country-Coach-Owners it opens right up and I select Messages or click on September messages and it opens right up t o the list of topics. At the top of this list is the search box or you can enter the message # if you know it and are searching for it. I haven't had any problems at all with it. Working like it always has. I did have to log in with my password when I tried it on Firefox but only once. After that it automatically logs me in. That may have been because I hadn't used the Firefox browser for a long time.

Fred,
you can search using the Search Groups window at the top of the page. To search for a message number, click on Messages and the list will show the message number before the topic. The magnifying glass above the messages will let you search for message numbers.
It would be nice if there was an easy link to help in navigating the new format. pete 2000 40' Magna CAT C10, #5892

I am using Firefox and i quite like the new format, seems less clunky to get to stuff, but then I did not use the web site, just the daily digest and responded occasionally on the web. Like now? Michael

This was on another group I am a member of:
While there is a way to search messages there is no way to search or sort photos alphabetically, and the only way to see photo album or photo names is to mouse over the photo. This has been reported as a bug to Yahoo. Info from the Yahoo feedback forum on searching messages: You can now search messages in your group and other yahoo! Groups, using the universal search box on the top of the web page.
If you are not signed-in or you are on the "Groups Home"? page, search returns groups that match your search query.
If you have already selected on of your Groups, the search results page returns messages from the group archive, matching your search query. You could also see matching Y! Groups, just switch tabs in the search results page.
If you are looking for a specific
message by message number or want to look at the messages history in your group, first switch to messages view under 'conversations', next click on the 'magnifying glass' icon in the toolbar under messages. This will drop-down and provide options fro searching by message number or browsing through message history by month and year.
