The king mattress in our coach has finally given up. I searched the forum and most of the mattress threads are a couple of years old. Has anyone replaced the mattress in their Ovation recently? The problem seems to be that the king mattress is shorter than a regular king mattress so most of the solutions we have seen are too long. We have found a couple of custom mattress places but I thought I would see what the collective wisdom of this group had to say.
Thanks.

We have a 2000 Magna with a RV queen. We purchased a temperaptedic type mattress and had it shortened locally for $100.

RV Kings are shorter than std Kings. Don't know how available they are, but in case you are interested in a Sleep number bed, I know they have the RV size.

What is the length of your king? www.bedinabox.com makes an 80" long king. We bought the RV Queen and it is perfect for our coach. We got the Pacbed original, 11" deep with gel. Comes shipped in a box. Got the recommendation from www.rv.net. Wish we had bought one years ago!

We opted for a traditional innerspring mattress made to a custom size ($50 upcharge) at http://www.originalmattress.com/. (http://www.originalmattress.com/.)
Many east coast locations.
