We smell exhaust all the way up in the front of the coach. I can not imagine how exhaust could get to the front of the coach but it does. Does anybody have any idea and solution.

Could it be from the generator? Do you still have the smell when the generator is off? Hard to see how engine exhaust could get inside the coach, but if it does, I would suspect the slide seals first, and then look at how well the engine access panel seals.

When does it happen? When driving? When parked? Leaking manifold? Ours was leaking. Flex pipe going to muffler had pine hole and exhaust manifold gaskets were leaking. Cummins Coach Care fixed it. They had to remove the closet doors to access the engine.
Closet engine access not sealed?
Generator exhaust loose?
Hydro hot on? We can smell exhaust when the hydro hot is on and the vent fan is on and the bathroom window is open.

Stan, I had the same problem with my 05 Inspire. My smell was coming from the engine access cover in the floor of the bedroom. I resealed it and have no more smell.
Good Luck,

Stan,
I had that same exhaust odor. It was caused by a leaking exhaust manifold gasket. You may want to check this out. Then, replace the EPDM foam tape gasket seal at the engine cover.

We also had the exhaust smell in our coach - mostly in the bedroom and rear closet area while traveling. Ours turned out to be a leak at the exhaust manifold/exhaust pipe connection. Three of the four bolts securing the connection were missing and soot was spewing everywhere in the engine compartment.
Our mechanic said he had seem this failure several times on coaches with PacBrakes. In fact, he was very uncomplementary about the PacBrake.
I now check that connection every time I get a chance. So far, no sign of any more failures or exhaust leakage.
