Here's a good for you!! We were parked on the coast and weathered a bad thunder storm!! Left the next day and stopped to have lunch and heard a bird (I hope) above the microwave. Has anybody had to take their microwave out?? Is it hard to remove.. Has anybody ever had a bird or what ever in their coach.I see no way a bird could get in, but it did?? Thanks for your response in advance Vic 6253 2003 Magna

Not sure how a bird could get above your uWave, no room and there is no access from the outside. Usually the unit is mounted below a cabinet. The uWaves "usually" are removed one of 2 ways. The easiest, two bolts in the cabinet above secure the front, remove those and the front of the unit swings down, sometimes there are arms from the mount that slide into the sides, others are in a channel at the bottom rear of the unit. Our Sharp had diagonal "long" bolts that were access from the inside front corner. The best thing to do is go online an look up your model sand see how it mounts. Let us know where this bird is!!

Not, but could it be in the refrigerator vent? Lonny & Diane Livingston
