Group, Just a quick note to express our satisfaction regarding service received at Fountain RV in Florida late October this year. More things were successfully attended to in 2 days than another well known RV company could not fix in so many weeks that I lost count.
We are now in Tucson, AZ, and all that was fixed or maintained by Butch Williams and his crew has operated as required.
Thanks go to this group as well for pointing us in the right direction.

Irony: The only thing Fountain RV did not touch, at my request, was the Hurricane heater. It worked fine. Until it decided to do a code 7 (flame out) 3 days ago with temperatures around 20F.
It hasn't started since. I'll see what I can fix here in Tucson.

Dick, run anything about repairs or service needed by the experts at hurricane heaters factory repair center. Kevin Lambert is their Tech Support Mgr. 1 800 993 4402. I had excellent results with this fellow. Highly recommend talking things over before allowing any major service to be done. Mike H. # 11422 Intrique.

Dick,

In Tucson you might want to get hold of Premier Motor Coach 520-624-2024 . Eric is SM and worked at CC for years. I had some work done there several month ago and was very happy with their work.

Roger Berke might be able to help: http://www.rvhydronicheaterrepair.com/ (http://www.rvhydronicheaterrepair.com/) Not sure where he is right now, but worth a call to him.

Glad to hear about Fountain RV.

Jock,

Turns out I'm very close to Premier so I'll go there directly and see if they can help.
Thanks for the tip.

I'd read about Premier several times on the forum but that was while at home in Europe. Never thought I'd need them so didn't make any notes.
I'm not a computer wiz-kid and don't know how to search archives etc.

Lonny & Diane,

Roger Burke, I think, does all hydronic heating systems BUT Hurricane...

Group,

Thanks for all your replies.

Eric Olstrom of Premier MCS in Tucson sorted me out with friendly advice, good information and some parts.
The Hurricane heats once again.

I confirm what many have said before, having just left the place few hours ago.
Butch Williams and his crew, say what they do and do what they say.
No buts of ifs. Highly recommanded.
