Hello Friends,

I cannot find what I need on the Internet. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, and I run out of patience. Maybe somebody can help me.

I am attaching a photo of a short power adapter that connects to my main power cord on my '05 Country Coach Inspire. We have a 30 amp hookup at our house and we use it to connect our coach to an external power source.

What we need is an identical adapter to the one in the photo, but 25 feet long.

Thanks

Gary Collins Tucson, AZ

Why not use the adapter and a 25' 30 amp extension cord?

Here's one on sale: http://www.adventurerv.net/amp-power-extension-cord-p-7098.html

That is what I did. Bought the 30a extension cord at Camping World.

We could do that, if the cord we want is not available. Would be easier to find, that's for sure.

Thanks for your input. Gary Collins

I would just use a 25 foot 30 amp extension cord to accomplish the same thing.

George, that is what I do but it appears he wants an adapter cable 25 feet long, I believe that is a custom build and he should be able to get the connectors and bulk cable and build it himself.

They do make them but pricey, including one that has 50 amp screw on with 30 amp male at 25 feet. Dogbone and 30 amp extension is much more flexible for a variety of situations.

Why not use what you have and attach a 25 ft. 30 amp cord to it?? Jim Veen, '96 Intrigue 10299.

Check camping world for a 50 to 30 extension cord, or purchase the 25 foot 30 amp cord and use your 50 to 30 pigtail to connect the coach.

It may be EZer to just get a 25 ft 30amp cord and cut the FM end off and install a 50 amp with both hots of the 50 amp hooked to the hot in the 30 amp cord.
