Has anyone had trouble lately reaching CC tech support via e-mail or telephone? I e-mailed about 12 days ago, 10 days ago, and yet again 3 days ago, all with no response. Today I telephoned and it rang about 12 times before any answer, and then was told all techs are busy and they would have to get back to me.

Tomorrow my coolant is scheduled to be changed for the first time, and I would really like to know what I currently have for coolant (green) so there will not be any compatability issues down the road.

A week ago I called three times before I got the parts dept. and then they had to call me back. I'm still waiting for my parts. I guess the snow birds are moving south. jerry in NM, '00 Magna.

I don't know about problems reaching CC Techs, but, since you said your coolant is green, it is most likely Prestone Heavy Duty for diesels. I can't tell from your coach number what model year yours is, (our Allure is a 2002), but we had an issue about a year ago trying to determine what type of coolant we had. The Tech said that the change from green ethylene glycol to the blue propylene glycol was made during the 2002 model year. He also said that if it was green, it was Prestone HD.

Interesting that Judy hasn't heard back from CC Tech support on her coolant question because the tech I have been corresponding to get the Se-Gi driver's window replaced - again - replaced less than a year ago - has stopped answering my e-mails.
Is there a cutback in Tech Support as well as the other operations at CC? Anybody know?

It's beginning to look like we'll be more on our own.

There have been cutbacks everywhere. When we were there for service at the beginning of May, we were told that because some layoffs had occurred, that led to others bailing out. All areas have been affected.

With the market being what it is a lot of tough decesion have to be made to stay solvent. I am glad I am not in the managments shoes in this market. I for one appreciate their effort in keeping CC solvent.
With big ones like Fleetwood being 100 million in debt it makes CC look good. In my opinion CC has the best chance of making because they are being proactive. It not only hurts the person being cut back but the person that has to make the tough decesions has to live with it 24 hours a day. I know when it becomes necessary for me to terminate someone it caused me destress a long time before and a long time after.
