There is one bolt on the bottom hinge on each of the side by side doors. On mine the left bolt came loose and when my wife opened the door it fell and the door fell, just missing her foot. The bolt only has about 4 threads and is also the pin that holds the door. I hope it was only on mine but I think it would be a good idea to check.

I had a similar issue. Bolt came out, door landed floor and broke the plastic hinge piece. Norcold will not sell just the hinge. They claim you need to replace the door as they do not sell the hinge separately. I check the bolt at least once a month. I was able to find a hinge from a RV salvage company which saved me $800.00 the cost of a new door.

We had a good piece of carpet in front of the refer. Even though the door was loaded nothing broke.

Mine broke on my last coach. You can drill out the bracket and install a bolt with the threads removed above the nut or you can get a similar size piece of rod and weld it to the old hinge guess I should have taken photo's of the way I did it
