Just wondering if anyone in the West is going to the Perry Georgia Rally in March. We are in AZ and are wondering the best route, what to see along the way, and best parks to stay? Would appreciate anyone's advice. After the Rally we will head to North and South Carolina and would also appreciate advice going there as we have never been there in a RV.
Leaving March 5 from the Phoenix area and seeing friends in Georgetown and Nacogdoches, TX. That is our only plan thus far.

Not sure what you time frame is for NC, but if you like Bluegrass music, I'm hosting a free festival in Salemburg, NC April 10-12. Dry camping is free, full hookups $35 a night. Showcase bands play Saturday. See the web for more info. cojobluegrass.com (http://cojobluegrass.com) Also, Willow Tree in SC is a nice place to stay, (near Myrtle Beach). Tom Johnson Campground in Marion, NC near the mountains is a great place with lots of places to check out within a short drive from the campground. They also have great service center if you need anything done.
