I anyone aware if Smart Tire has the next generation unit on the market yet? Apparently the present high-pressure units will not accomodate the tow car as well.

Thanks,
Larry

While driving down the road the other day I noticed a peculiar new vibration coming from the rear of the car. So I took it into my favorite Honda dealer and while dismounting the rear tires they heard a tinny rattle from the left rear tire. The strap had broken that holds the Smart tire transmitter in place, Of course the two pieces of material that hold the transmitter to the strap also broke. So if you're driving around and notice an intermittent vibration, hurry and check the tires before the strap eats one.
