I wonder if this info would be easier to come by if the coach kind and coach number were shown too. I've noticed that there seem to be more folks who aren't including that info, and I wonder if we're not doing it so much anymore. Thanks.

Sorry all, I did trash the original message shortly after posting and then added the signature block (and then forgot that I had done so, so trashed yet another post that was inappropriate.
However, if you have made the switch from that size tire to another, I suspect one would be able to respond without the coach info.

It depends on the coach. On some it will work on others there are clearance issues.

Dean, Are yoy sure the are no 11R22.5" You did not indicate what coach you have, Most Inspire came with 11E22.5's.

This new format is misleading and very confusing!
Here is my original post at 10:04 AM Tuesday morning: (All responses have been dated later than this below post.) I am getting close to needing to replace the original tire size 10R-22.5 G rated tires on our '95 Magna.
Since the front axle weight requires 115 PSI to carry the load in the 10R tires and 115 psi is max tire inflation for the 10R-22.5, I would like to upgrade to a slightly larger tire.
Toyo 295/75R-22.5 tires are about 0.5 inches shorter but 1.3" wider. (I like the Toyo tire). The G tire will carry the load at about 100 psi and below the Toyo tire max inflation of 110 psi.
Has anyone done a conversion successfully from 10R-22.5, and what was your tire size decision?

I cannot find this Message in the Conversations format.
But it is in the Messages format. WTH???
Everyone that has responded has asked for the coach info. It is there at 10:04 AM Yesterday.
No one that has responded has changed 10R-22.5 tires to some other size.
Advice from the actual experience is what I seek. Specifically the clearance between the rear tual tires.
Thanks to all for responding.

Dean on the manufacturer website they should have dual spacing included in the specs, this is one of the more important specs when changing sizes. The rest of the changes are fairly easy to see with the naked eye, does the tire clear when turned lock to lock does it touch anywhere or leave marks that look like contact was made, but the spacing can be very misleading. The spacing is for more than just the tires don't touch when compressed they also contribute to how well the tire dissipates heat.

Hi Dean,

Sometime ago I was replacing my tires on my Magna and knew Damon and was able to check with him and get his advise. I was looking at the XZA2's as I had them on a prior Coach, and was very happy with them. Damon agreed that this was the best tire at the time, about 3 years ago. However I will add this, he said: " . . . what ever you do don't let someone talk you into putting a different size on the Coach than what CC Delivered it with, that is the correct size, do not change it . . . " I hate to quote people at such a later date but it still may apply ? GOOD LUCK !
