Need help!

Noted curb lights dimming/barely perceptable. Found engine batteries dead. Echo charger non functional. No power to ignition, dash lights, any component on dash, or any function on left hand panel including transmission panel and battery boost. No power/juice to any function/fuse in Ignition Fuse Box 1 (in bay under drivers seat). Other 2 fuse boxes are fully functional.
Replaced Echo with new charger...green light now on...appears to be working. After 4 hours, still no power/juice to ignition fuse box. Not going to try ignition until morning.
Am I missing a relay or fuse somewhere? Any suggestions? Much thanks to this great forum

Seems too simple but, has the chassis battery switch has been turned to off since replacing the Echo Charger?

Thanks to all who thought about/responded to my dead engine battery problem. The dead batteries were a result of a defunct ECHO charger. The new charger recharged the batteries in about 12 hours.
From now on I will check the ECHO periodically to make sure it is functional! Thanks
