On our 04 affinity lux suite 45', the front left becomes unleveled (drops down) in 24 to 48 hours. The aux pump never comes on even though the HWH is in auto level mode. The pump runs when hooked direct to 12v. We have repaired two leaks, and are looking for others. Also replaced the solenoid that let's 12v go to the Thomas pump. The pump is still not working but will come on if solenoid is jumped.

Are you saying solenoid or relay? I suspect it is a relay. Try checking voltage to the relay coil while having someone press one of the leveling switches on the control pad. You may not be getting voltage to the relay coil.
Have you tried calling HWH? It may take awhile to get a return call but they are very good at walking you through trouble shooting. Also, you can go to their website and download manuals for you system that will step you through trouble shooting.

About jumping the relay and the pump works tells you that you have power to the relay. There should be two more wires to the relay. One will be a ground the other will be the wire that comes from the HWH that will become hot when the HWH wants the air pump to come on. On the relay #86 is ground #85 is the wire from HWH that makes the relay make contact. the two wires you jumped on the relay should be #30 and # 87. If you google Bosch Relays you should find a wire diagram for relays all relays of this type are the same. Hope this helps. Rex Intrigue 11543
