Here's some good comments I really feel compelled to share with the group.
I telephoned CC phone service technicians this AM for some advice and specific questions about winterizing my motorhome. It's a Friday Am about 9:30 - a very busy time for Country Coach service. I anticipate either a lengthy wait on hold or a promised call back.
After a wait time of less than 1 minute I had a very pleasant person on the phone ready to help me. The person I spoke with wasn't sure of his answers and I appreciate the fact that he said he wanted to ask someone else more experienced than himself, he excused himself a couple of seconds to ask another tech advice on my questions and when he returned, he suggested putting us all on their speakerphone so we could have a small "conference" between all of is and get my questions answered right the first time.
It was GREAT! This is what I expected from Country Coach when I purchased by new Intrigue. Yes, it has been awhile coming but, by George, service and response to my needs has been 5 stars for the past many months.
I don't know what's happened at Country Coach except that, thank the Lord, Bob Lee is back in charge. But the company is coming around and lets' all be grateful for that. Let National run National. Let Country Coach under the direction of Mr. Lee run Country Coach! And keep who's ever in command now with Bob Lee on board because it's great to see the CC coming back.

Tom: Couldn't agree with you more about technical support services via telephone. Have had great response. I, too, agree things have drastically improved since Bob came back, but he admits he's only back for a short time. Then what?
