We've never been able to open the small window next to the co pilot's seat. It is not a big deal for me but DW wants to open it especially when one of the pups is in her lap and wanting to sniff fresh air.
I cannot get the thing to budge. It is like it was not designed to open. Upon closer inspection, it appears that it has some sort of really tough rubberized caulk in both top corners. I was able to dig some of that out but still cannot get the window to move at all.
I am at Tom Johnson's RV service center RV park in Marion, NC. They will send a tech to the coach to work on it. My concern or question is why was it sealed shut? I'm wondering if it was a leaker and the PO just had it sealed. If so, I don't want to pay someone to get it open just to have problems with it later.
Anyone with a CC have any experience/suggestions with this?

Hi Gary,
This window has cracked twice on our coach. After the last repair we no longer open it and it has not cracked again. May just be something with the fit in our window but we are not taking any more chances
