Going to adjust the tension on our power cord reel. How do you remove the carpeted cover in the closet?? Don't see any screws or panels?? Lonny & Diane Livingston

You will find screws buried in the carpet along the rear and the outboard side and a couple down the bottom inboard. Feel carefully along the edges you will find them!!

Lonny,

When you remove the cover to adjust the spring closely examine the hole (axle hole) in ALL of the pinch rollers. You may find them elongated from wear because the axle is harder than the roller material. They can be replace with newer and larger rollers.
