I just want to ask if anyone has dealt with CC regarding the window seals that have slid up? We contacted CC and were told that SE-GI is willing to pay for the windows to be replaced BUT they have denied freight and labor. Our feeling is that if they are admitting it is their problem and replacing windows why not the freight? Has anyone else had their windows replaced because of this problem.? Did you have to pay shipping and labor?

Hi Paul, what year is your rig? I have the same problem, have previously posted photos here. I was unable to get them to even agree to supply replacement windows, let alone pay freight.
Installation is a breeze, I plan on doing that myself.

CC did agree to supply the windows at their cost.
