There are a couple small wires attached to the chassis batteries, one for the engine ecm and onr fot the trans ecm. Check to be sure they are attached and the fuses are good. Some times they corrode and do not get the 12 volts to the ecms. These are for the ecm memory.

There is a starting relay close to the battery compartment on the engine side. check to see if you have power to it. on the older model i use to tap on it and get to work. I upgraded it.
