Premier Coach service center in Tucson, AZ. Ask for ERIC. 5206242024. Former CC tech for many years. You probably sheared off a bolt or the motor failed.

If it is a shear bolt...our resident repair person Kevin, just got some in.

Have you checked the 4 bolts that holds the motor gearbox in place. All 4 of mine had worked there way out about 1/4" I cleaned each one up and got the Blue Loctite put it on the bolts one at a time. I do need to get some spare shear bolts also to keep in stock.

We found loose wires at the motor on both our slides. Caused intermittent problems with slides not going out or coming in.

RV Renovators in Mesa did a good job replacing my Aqua Hot last year. All the buzz I've read about them has been good.
