I have two very tired and worn out seats. I would like to replace them both. I am looking at some RV salvage parts and was wondering if any RV seats can be used or is there specific size, plate, etc.. Has anyone replaced the seats, where did you get them and where they difficult to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't install seats that are disallowed in Canada, in case you ever want to go there.

That would only matter if he was moving to Canada or selling to someone there.

Different seats have diferent mounting bolt patterns. When I wanted to replace my Flexsteel seats with Villa seats, nobody would sell them to me because the bolt patterns did not match.
If I were in your position I would consider taking your existing seats to a good auto upholsterer and have them rebuilt with new padding and coverings. Assuming your frame is still good, you would have the equivalent of brand new seats. And you would have the opportinity to choose the materials that you like, and have them contoured for your individual comfort.
