This might be going way back, but there was a service bulletin (Cou00054.BLT) to address an issue with wiper motor linkages in some Intrigue and Allure models, including my 1998 Intrigue. The kit to repair the two wipers according to the bulletin was included in the bin of spare parts with my coach when I bought it, noting that the passenger side was done in 1999 at a CC rally but the drivers side has not been done (the updated parts are in the package). Apparently the drivers side is difficult to access.
Well I have the dash completely removed due to cleaning out a mouse nest in the ductwork, and that's a whole other story, but it makes the drivers side wiper motor as accessible as it is ever going to be.
Does anyone out there remember or better yet have performed this service bulletin? What exactly is involved? Before I remove the wiper motor and start tearing the linkage apart I'd like to have an idea of what I am getting into. The instructions while detailed on the cause and reason for the action, don't provide much helpful info on how to get the wiper motor out of the vehicle to inspect/service.
Thanks,
Mark M

Mark,
My Allure came off the line November 24, 98. The wipers swept the full windshield at that time. Got the notice a bit later to have the wiper motors serviced. After the service, the swipe was much less. Wish I could have put it back to original swipe .
