First off, thanks to those of you that answered my many questions of late. Secondly, our offer was accepted on a 2002 Intrigue 36' 370ISL, Double Slide, African Nights interior. We do have some things that need attention, so hoping I can glean some sage advice. We are in Central Fl, so if anyone knows good service folks for the items below, it would be much appreciated:
1. Need to have the roof cleaned and re-sealed, as well as the belt molding and marker lights re-sealed.
2. Electric vent in bathroom is not working. Can I order and replace myself?
3. Have a missing awning strap on the living room slide.
4. The information digital unit on the dash is unreadable. Can I order a replacement and install myself?
5. Needs new tires...8 years old. Looking at Michilins. Heard FMCA has best deal. Any suggestions?
6. Will be full timing. Any suggestions on extended warranties or insurance/towing?
Everything else checked out perfect on the detailed inspection today. Thanks again!
Soon to be owner of coach #11358

Congratulations!!
2 options for service in Florida:
1. Fountain RV in Lakeland. Butch Williams knows about Country Coach.
2. Alliance Coach in Wildwood FL. Ask for Josh Hall and tell him Lonny & Diane Livingston sent you. He was our service person where we purchased our coach in 2005.
Couple of other service options we use: **Cummins Coach Care in Ocala FL for engine and generator stuff.
** Speedco for oil changes in Lake Park GA - no appointment needed. In and out in 30-45 mins.
** Tampa Spring locations in Ocala and Tampa for alignments, suspension, air bags, busings, chassis, brakes, dessicant filter, etc.
1. Fountain RV resealed our roof and put on Bus Kote to prevent white streaks.
2. Our fan quit working and it was the button under the lid. Didn't have good ground.
3. Fountain RV should be able to get the awning straps. Kevin Waite might have some.
4. Check the bundle of wires under the dash for the unit in the dash. Ours work loose and the backup camera goes out. Haven't found a good fix for it yet.
5. We bought B F Goodrich ST230's from Pat at Pro Tire in Denton TX. He recommended them. We have put over 60,000 miles on them and are very pleased. B F Goodrich tires are made in America and owned by Michelin. A bit cheaper than Michelins. FMCA does have discount program.
6. We don't have an extended warranty. We pay as we go. So far so good (knock on wood). For insurance we use National Interstate Insurance. Purchase through a broker. They specialize in full timers and insure the toad too. They include Coach Net roadside service in their premiums. We used the insurance for a chipped windshield and it was handled quickly and professionally. We used Coach Net for a blown tire on our toad and were impressed with their service as well.

If it is a "Fantastic" vent I think they have lifetime warranty so give them a call.

Welcome Ron and Terri,
Congratulations on your Country Coach!
We love our Michelins and the FMCA buying program. You may want to have the alignment and ride height checked at Josam;s in Orlando to keep you new tire investment in good condition.
We also us Coachnet and were very pleased with their service when we were broken down on the side of the freeway in Los Angeles.
If your fan is a Fantastic fan they are great to work with and I think the fans have a lifetime warranty. I would check with them.

1. Need to have the roof cleaned and re-sealed, as well as the belt molding and marker lights re-sealed.
No problem there, it is a normal maintenance item
2. Electric vent in bathroom is not working. Can I order and replace myself? You have a Fantastic Fan for a vent. Sometimes the cover sticks to the gasket and won't raise. Pull the knob and twist it to see if the cover is stuck. If it is, you can get it loose and you might be good to go. If not, call Fantastic for assistance. They are very good at customer relations.
3. Have a missing awning strap on the living room slide.
Is it the little black one with the rubber insert? If so, don't worry about it, just use the main strap to secure the awning down. I found that little black one will bang on the side of the coach when the wind blows creating noise I can't stand. Boink, boink, and on and on.
4. The information digital unit on the dash is unreadable. Can I order a replacement and install myself? What digital info unit are you referring to? Is it the Silverleaf? The brightness is adjustable I think.
5. Needs new tires...8 years old. Looking at Michilins. Heard FMCA has best deal. Any suggestions? I bought mine through the FMCA plan and saved approx $150 per tire
6. Will be full timing. Any suggestions on extended warranties or insurance/towing?
I have been without a warranty since the factory one ran out two years after purchase. Coach insurance varies state to state and driver to driver. I have National Interstateand Coach Net for towing. I have had one tow for 66 miles caused by a faulty oil pressure switch in 115,000 miles.

Agree with other comments on your roof and Fantastic fan. Don't know about the other stuff.
Tires - TCI Orlando is great to work with and participates in the FMCA program. They are just down the street from Josam Alignment. I highly recommend you get your alignment and shocks checked at their facility. They have a great shop and friendly people. They were able to diagnose a vibration we had in our 99 Magna.
Congratulations and good luck!
