M & M RV is a top notch RV Repair center in Chino CA. They are 70 miles from Victorville. I would google them to see how good they actually are. I would then see if they can do an inspection- if not I would see if any of their service people want to earn $200-300 to do an inspection. Very wise way to spend your money and cheaper than airfare. You might also see if there are RV service centers closer to Victorville and see if they can inspect. Good luck!
