I not sure what the proper display should be.

I plug into 50 AMP shore power, testing the receptacle, making sure that it is indeed what it should be. After the time delay, the load meter will show a service type of 50 AMP and all the lights are on under the power status. From time to time, I have noticed the the service type will indicate GEN SET, not really sure what this means. Other times all of the lights on the power status lights are off. The other day, we had 1 or 2 lights on all day and around 1:30 PM, the service type and power status go off. Then the 50 AMP light will come on and change to 30 AMP showing some sort of AMP (its to fast to read). My thinking is that if I have a service type of 50 AMP, I should have enough power to have all the power status lights to be on. I still have 120V as I can plug in a fan or any other AC device, even though the lights on the EMS panel are off.

Does anyone have any documentation on this device or experienced similar problems?

It would be nice to have a history of would the load was.

I went to the Intellitec web site and have not found any information.

Thanks in advance.
