Silver Leaf disconnected behind dash.
I am in the process of getting my "new to us" Ovation (#117220 up and running. Not ran in at least 3 years and has not reached 25,000 miles on the 2004 unit. But it is coming together well if costing a bit more than I had hoped. I have a question concerning the Silver Leaf unit. It is currently unplugged behind the dash. Is there any reason why I should NOT try to reconnect it? Hopefully it will work but if it has a problem I do not want it to damage anything else. What do you think? Thanks
I would call silver leaf, Dale is there trouble shooter , has helped us a couple of times. They are real customer friendly on the phone....

I bought a 2001 Affinity 2 months ago that had the Silverleaf removed and the hole in the dash covered. I was able to get a rebuilt unit from Silverleaf. I removed the cover, fished around for the Silverleaf plug, and 10 minutes later it's back in service. Works great.

Mark at Silverleaf was fantastic for some work I had done. Told me to call him anytime if I had questions (which I did and he solved them immediately). I'm really impressed with their whole operation. I needed a new motherboard for the main system and then the pixel lighting refreshed on the TCS. Whole thing done whole I waited for $230. Great guys.
