The living room/galley slide of our 2002 Intrigue has begun creeping inward about 2 inches. My local RV tech said one of the pumps was leaking and needed to be replaced which he did. After about three months of sitting in storage it is again creeping in after it is extended. While it was in storage I ran the slide in and out frequently and it seemed OK until yesterday. I extended the slide and let it sit overnight and this AM it has crept in about 2 inches. Any ideas about the cause? And any suggestions as to where we could take the coach for repair. I would take it back to the same guy because he has done excellent work for us in the past but I am thinking we need someone with more experience with Country Coach. We are located in North Georgia. Thanks!

Try Nash RV in Athens. They did I all my work on my American coaches and now on my CC.

Usually the cause of a slide that creeps is due to a faulty control solenoid valve !! Not the pump When the valve leaks it lets the oil return to the reservoir while setting and that is when the slide Creeps

I had a hydraulic hose leaking and the slide would creep out an inch or so when sitting for a short period of time. I replaced the hose. I took the HWH hose to a local shop figuring they could cut a couple of inches off and re-swage the fitting. They could not do it. The HWH hose had expanded significantly. They made me a new hose for $30. Installed it and the creeping stopped.

Had the same problem with my 2001 cc 36 ft Intrigue. Replaced the two control solenoids for that slide and problem solved. Very easy to replace . It took about twenty min. I got the valves form HWH . They shipped in three days. 360.00 each.
