I was VERY leary of letting anyone work on my 2000 Magna since Chris Snyder left Tucson. So ended up calling Shawn Wilson of Big Sky Mobile RV Tech service. I had a very long list of repairs, none engine related.
I give Shawn Wilson of Big Sky Mobile RV Tech Services, a big 5 star recommendation for service.. Shawn is very dependable, professional and does excellent work. He did typical maintenance and repairs on my coach, as well as troubleshooting and sealing leaks, upgrading entertainment components, plumbing repairs and replacing the hot water heater. He helped me with tasks too difficult to do now on my own. He has a wide range of experience and is very knowledgeable. He has had Country Coach training. He is RVIA, He knows Aqua Hot and Webasto systems very well.
He takes pride in doing things right. Shawn also has integrity, and does not look for things that do not need repairing, unlike your typical RV technician or shop. I am very conscious of this issue, and that means I completely trust Shawn Wilson to do the right thing by me as a customer. I cannot give a higher compliment than that. So if you are in Tucson and need help, give him a call.

I have had Shawn working on my coach for many issues since I posted this in 2014, and I still highly recommend Shawn. He has a answering/scheduling service now that helps get appointments scheduled. He has been doing a great job for me. I had to have my entire water bay, valves, water pump etc replaced and it was not an easy job. He did a wonderful job on it, labeled everything, cleaned it all up, and put it all back together and sealed it all up again. The fiberglass panel had to be taken off to get to it all.
He helped me replace electrical components inside, has done plumbing replacements, and other electrical repairs. He came up with the idea of installing a PS3 so I could have my DVD player and get Wii type internet hookup to Netflix, Hulu, etc, without replacing my old analog TV's which still work fine. Honestly, I cannot even remember all the repairs he has done for me.
He also just completed a major job on the roof of the slide out because of leaks. It required him to rent scaffolding, but he did it on site. I will post about this in a separate post.
