Returning home yesterday from Fountain RV, my fuel gauge seems to be getting a little erratic. Most of the trip it showed 3/4 tank remaining. Then at one point it dropped to between 1/4 and 1/2. Then bounced back up to 3/4 and stayed there. Filled up after getting home and I took 71 gals. So the 1/4 to 1/2 was the correct reading. So does this sound like a sensor or the gauge itself? Looks like I have to base my fillups on miles driven rather than rely on the gauge.

I had a similar fuel gage problem that was corrected by running a new wire from tank to gage.
