Hi Folks,
Just wondering if anyone has stayed at Tiger Run for the entire ski season. Jeannie and I have stayed in Park City for 3 winter seasons so we're not new comers to winter RVing. I was looking for some feedback about their stay. Also some idea of wind and coldest days. Any other advice and/or suggestions you feel helpful please pass this along too.
If you're more comfortable, please just respond to me at scott@... (scott@...). Many thanks in advance for the information provided.
Safe travels to one and all.

We did not stay for a full season, but we did stay a week in October last year. We went South from our planned route from South Dakota over to Idaho, to dodge an unusually nasty winter storm that was blowing in early. We were literally two days ahead of the storm most of the way South to the Denver area, and knowing Tigers Run, we elected to move to this park to sit out the expected 4-5 days of snow. Temps were in the mid 20's at night, warming in the day to high 30's.
The park has good sites, and good power, and with an indoor pool (for residence as I recall, so check to see if you monthly stay will include pool privileges).
The storm edge just sort of brushed the area, with maybe 6-8" of snow per night. No problem getting in and out of the park or the surrounding areas with that light of snow coverage. And sure, this is not the dead of winter, so does not give you a true representation of the what to expect.
This is the trip that we learned that if you plan on leaving within the next few days, with an upcoming snow storm in the forecast, bring the slides in:)! (It was the wife's hair dryer, and up on the roof to scrape snow/ice off of the slide covers, for Smitty! Took 3-4 hours to get the two slides in the day we were leaving... Live and learn...)
Enjoy, and as I recall from other posts, you two are probably the experts on snow stay camping!!
Best,
Smitty
