Thought I would pass this along for folks to stick in the back of their head for possible future use.
My Bose 321 recently went wacko, asking for passwords, and not ejecting DVDs.
Turned out to be a software bug, there is an update CD available from Bose that cures it.
Updated mine today, and all is well again.

Bill,
What is the phone number or web address to order this CD update? My Bose 321 is working OK at this time.
Thanks!

I had the same problem with my Bose system. The 1-800 number is in the booklet for the Bose which came with the coach. The Bose people were very courteous and acted quickly to get the CD to me.

Thanks, Walt
When my system went goofy, we were in the hills of North Carolina, by lake Lure. It took all day to finally get through to the supt line in the book, (kept getting busy signal) and when I did, I waited on hold for 30 minutes. Then, when someone came on the line, the line went dead. I was never able to get through again, so I bypassed the system with my satellite output, but could not watch a DVD until I finally got the update. I finally stopped by a local Bose store and they contacted cust supt for me.
