Something you might want to try.......We had a problem with our Hydrohot not starting also and our mechanic at Country Coach, Jt. City told us to tap gently (gently !!) with a small ball pin hammer on the brass 90 degree elbow fitting at the tank 3 or 4 times & it works great when we do that. We have also used a small 2 inch rock to do the same trick as the ball pin hammer. I stress tap the brass fitting gently!!

Try "exercising" the mixing valve. The Hydrohot has a tendency to get clogged depending on the water source. Try turning the valve several turns in each direction coming back to the same setting and it might clear out the valve.

I've used an 'On-the-Go' on-board water softener since 2008 and never had a problem like this . . . so far. Something to consider, eh?
