Is the green travel light coming on and it is not going to ride height or is the green light not coming on?
If the green light is not coming on check the connector on the bottom of the HWH keypad. They have a habit of coming loose. Try reseating it and let me know.

I too had a similar problem with my 03 Allure. I finally got it working by pushing the "off" button on the lower left corner of the panel, then pushing it again, re-setting it to its normal mode. Mine had jammed or something when I moved it a short distance and also made some manual height adjustments. The reset procedure I just described took care of it.
