I had to replace the 5 button Comfort Control Center on my heating cooling systems. The old one failed. When I try to program the control center, (with the on off button off simultaneously depressed hold the zone mode buttons. Turn the on off button on. On the display the letters FF appears. Push the zone button on the zone 1 appears on the display.) I can't get zone 2 to display. Am I doing something wrong?
Any thoughts or suggestion appreciated.

Try a hard reset, but unplugging the entire unit; wait 5 min and reconnect. You can also try a "softer" rest by removing the fuse, replace after 5 min. I've found with the thermostats, that you definitely have to be patient; after the rest, wait several minutes (15-20) for the thermostat to acquire the data, before trying to program.

Bo,
I'm not well versed on the Comfort Control Center but just had a similar experience where my Zone 1 was not displayed for either the air conditioning or the Aqua Hot heating. I checked the breakers and they were on. Iooked for a 12 volt fuse, found one listed as AC but it was fine too. When I put it back in the Comfor Control Center then showed the three zones and it worked. I think it just reprogrammed when I took out the fuse and put it back in.
