I want to take a few minutes to confirm what most of us already know. Kevin Waite is one of the best resources and one of the nicest people I've met through this forum.
Last Friday I was at my wits end. Couldn't figure out what was going on with my Propane system. It was late in the day but I called Kevin and left a message asking for his advice. Didn't know who else to call. Now remember, I'm currently in Maine and Kevin is in Oregon.
Kevin and I played phone tag for a couple of days but, to my surprise, he called fand finally got a hold of me at 10PM Sunday night.....That's right!! Kevin called me on Sunday evening. WOW!! How great is that? How many people do you know that would do that??
Long story short, his advice was right on and Monday morning I got everything worked out.
We meet so many nice and helpful people (unfortunately not everyone we meet fits the bill) in the Motor Home World. But there is no one I've ever run across that is quite like Kevin. Personally, if I need anything for my coach I call Kevin first. If he has it or can get it, I am more than happy to pay the shipping. Its the least I can do .

Not to sound like a broken record, but, we too, we're just recently rescued by Kevin. We were in the desert 200 miles from home with no toad on a Friday afternoon. I, like an idiot, panicked and could not sort out the problem even though I remember vaguely reading about the it on this forum.
Bottom line.....Kevin to the rescue!!! 02 Allure 36' #30685

I sit here right now with Kevin and we are getting a new radiator in our 2005 Magna and a lot of above and beyond insight, advice, and wisdom about our coach. This alone is worth thousands more than we are paying. He knows what he's doing and how to pull the best team together to meet our service needs.
And besides, he's a nice guy that cares...

Kevin is a great guy. I am an RV Tech. I own a country coach as my personal coach. I call Kevin with what I need, bam it shows up and is always correct. A lot of times he has great advice and he cares about his customers. Imagine that, Customer service. Its a shame people do not know what that is anymore, so they complain about paying for something they don't know what it is.
But yet people will gladly pay more for bottle water, then Gas. (That is if you buy it by the 12oz bottle)

I have also used Kevin for parts over the last 6 years and have never been let down. He is generally only a phone call or email away.
