I have a large expandable folder full of installation and/or operators manuals for everything from the microwave, the radio, the water pump, etc.  I also have a very thick 3 ring binder for the Dynomax chassis.  What I don't have is an owners manual from CC that has information like fuse locations, information on what switches do, how to properly level/operate the slides, etc.
I'd sure pay good money for a manual or even a copy of this owners manual for a 2001 Affinity.  Any help would be appreciated.

The owner's manual is available from Country Coach. Either on CD or a printed version. Think I was quoted around $150.00.

Let me know what happens after you contact CC.  I have an all electric,  2001 42' Affinity Bed & Breakfast #5972 and as the original owner, I believe that I have all the original documentation.  Unfortunately your timing is not good for me.  I'm up to my eyeballs getting ready for Christmas and our departure to FL for the winter.

I'd be happy to take my stuff to Kinko's and have the copy the book including all the 11x15 electrical, plumbing, etc.,  drawings.  I have both the book for the engine, trans, brakes, etc. and the Coach interior, lights, operational directions, circuit breakers, etc.

You can call me at 919-949-2545 to discuss your needs.

I bought a set of manuals for my 2001 Affinity 42 coach 6009, last year from CC. The 2001 and previous years are only available on paper, as there are no electronic drawings etc left for those years.
I bought both the house, and chassis manuals. $150.00 for each, total $300.00.
Nice to have sometimes.

Title: Hurricane Heater replacement

I have a Hurricane heater ( Model CO45D)in my 2001 intrigue which has a leak in the main heat exchanger. I have been told that Hurricane no longer makes the heat exchanger or support this unit. I am considering a new,  Espar L-ll-16 /55XLT  Hydronic heater as sold by Rixens Enterprises  in Sandy OR.
I plan on doing the change out myself. Has anyone out there bought this heater and or changed out a Hurricane CO45D  themselves and with what?  If  so what did you use and  how do you like the  unit.

Marvin,

You might want to give Dale Kemper at ITR a call. He is a tech rep and is knowledgable about the unit. I think ITR took over the Hurricane line from Rixens.
