I read somewhere ( I thought in the FMCA magazine) that there is a Christmas dance every year, somewhere in the upper panhandle of Texas that has been going continusely  since the 1890's. The men have to dress in cowboy outfits and the women have to wear dresses of that era.  We thought it would be fun to go, but I can't find the article anywhere.  I would appreciate it If anyone has any information about it I would appreciate it.
