My thermostat for the two air and heat pumps and Hydro-hot is dead, I checked the breakers but do not find a fuse to the thermostat. I tried a reset but with nothing showing on the readout it did nothing. Has anyone had that problem and fixed it. I am thinking it may be the Comfort Control-er itself.

If this is a duplicate message I apologize. I think Yahoo is having some issues today. Your Duo-Therm is not the highest quality component in your coach. But, remove it from the wall, clean the contacts, exercise the little switch on the bottom several times, apply small amounts of dialectric grease on all contacts and replace. For you and others, turn the little switch on and leave it that way forever. I have had mine on for several years after fighting various issues. Use the mode position to turn things off and leave the switch alone.

Thanks Lyle but the switch is good I checked it with a meter. It makes and breaks the circuit but still nothing. moving the tele cable or switch does not make anything come on the screen.

Lowell, on my 2003 Allure 1st Ave. the fuse for the COMFORT CONTROL is located in a fuse box in the last service bay on the passenger side.

On my coach it is a 20 AMP Fuse, Wire #402. This same Fuse also handles the following components: Step Light, Entry Door Switch, Porch Light, Fluorescent Ceiling Light, Step Switch.

Please note, if your Comfort Control Fuse is wired as mine is to handle the Fluorescent Ceiling Light, a BAD Ballast in the Fluorescent Light will cause issues with the COMFORT CONTROL Unit.

I believe the power for the Comfort Control comes from the front A/C unit.

Problem solved. Thanks to a e-mail from a member who had the same problem. The power does come from the front air cond. One of the tele style connectors in the front air had corrosion I cleaned with contact cleaner and lube with a soft small brush. The first one I cleaned solved the problem, so I cleaned both connectors in the A/C and the one in the thermostat.
