Hi Everyone,

Have any of you ever had to deal with a "Check Engine" warning light that the silverlight computer display indicates is an "Electronic Throttle Signal Error"  my local Cummins repair shop will not touch it because it is an OMC Outside Equipment Manufacturer part.  I have no idea how to approach this problem  and I don't know where to take it to get it fixed.  The coach seems to run fine, accelerates and shifts normally.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This can occur if the brake pedal and gas pedal are both depressed at the  same time. That code refers to the throttle by wire control that is hooked to  the gas pedal.
You might try cleaning the connections at the gas pedal and with the engine  off operate it full range several times of even blow it out with air if you can  get to it.
