We are selling our lot in Mountain Falls Luxury RV Resort located in western North Carolina in Lake Toxaway. If you go to the web site, it is lot #78 overlooking the pool and laundry room. The price is $129,900. Mountain Falls is becoming the place to go for the summer as the climate is cool. The club house is brand new up on the ridge and the new ridge lots are selling for $200,000 plus.
