On our way home on our last trip in 2014  I pulled in the DS slide in Fredericksburg, Tx I knew we were in trouble.  I got a flash light and when I saw ball bearings laying on the floor.  I knew the bearing had failed that the slide runs on in a track had failed.  Last week on our first trip of the season it was time to visit Premier  Motor Coach service center for annual maintenance and repairs in Tucson, Az.  I have the type of slide Damon Rapozo referred to as the "buck tooth" model.  It has the 2 large hydraulic rams but the room leading edge is supported by two bearings that ride in tracks so the room drops down flat when extended and lifts up to come in.  Eric and his lead tech figured out the solution and the unit was repaired with bearing being procured and the full annual maintanence performed in less than 8 hours.  It could have been a nightmare.  Thank you Eric.

Last year after facing the fact that I would have to replace my fan controller for the 6th time in 6 years, I yelled uncle.  Eric procured a fan controller from Scientific systems, I believe, that works  with the wax valve.  This was really our first opportunity to drive the coach in all sorts of weather and through varying terrain since the installation.  Over a 1100 mile loop we averaged 8.5 mpg, without taking into account the hydro hot or the 3.5 hours of generator use.  I'm happy.  Thanks again to Eric and the crew.  TWI 2004 intrigue 11731

X 2 for Premiere Motor Coach service in Tucson.
Eric recently did a bunch of small maintenance items for me, and I will be back over there to have a Samsung refrigerator installed in April.
Eric and his team are really good at finding and fixing problems, and no more expensive than anywhere else.
I drive over from New Mexico to have my coach serviced there by Eric.

Luck,
Bob

After my last and FINAL visit there, I will not return. Further investigation in my book, oops I mean bill, found a 5 hour oil change charge. Plus the work that was done, was a bandaid to the problem(s). He did change my inverter out under my extended warranty, it did cost me some $$ to. Seems they spin their wheels down there. Sorry to say I thought I had found a reputable decent place, wrong, and the fact I live in Phoenix was thrilled, but now am completely disappointed.

Sorry but it doesn't say where you took your motor home where you were so unhappy. Just curious.
