Country Coach Owners
Been reading the algae & fuel contamination issues and decided it would be a good idea to carry extra filters.
Last service installed Fleetguard FS 1212 & FF 5324. Sound right?
'06 Inspire. Thank ya

I also have a Cat C9. I use the Cat Advanced 1R0751 and Baldwin BF1212 right now. I will be installing the Fleetguard FS 1242 with a bowl on the bottom to see if there is a problem.
I use only Cat Advanced oil filter 1R1808 Floyd 2006 Inspire 51744

Lon, Myself and several of my coach friends have eliminated the Algae and Bio-Diesel problems by using FPPF fuel additives http://www.fppf.com (http://www.fppf.com) 800-735-3773. This website has some technical papers on what is in the Diesel Fuel we buy today and what it's doing to our fuel lines and affecting our fuel pumps, injectors and filling up the filters quickly.
Their plant and great technical services are in Buffalo, NY, but the products are readily available via internet. I use www.thedieselstore.com (http://www.thedieselstore.com) 877-375-7867.
I use on every fill up their Super Fuel Stabilizer this one really solves the Bio-Diesel issues which are now in every suppliers tanks but at different percentages normally shown on their tanks. In addition I use their Lubricity Plus Fuel Power and finally if it's really an Algae issue use their KILLEM product.
By having the view bowl on your filter and after a couple of tanks using these products you should seen a clean bowl.
