Can anyone tell me what you have found to be the best antenna to use to get better cell reception when camping out in the middle of no where, where reception is very poor.

Thanks,
Mike

I use a Wilson amp with external and internal antenna.
One to keep in mind is any system has to have something to amplify if no signal nothing can or will help.

I use a Wilson Sleek (Walmart.com) for both my cell phone and my Verizon Jetpack mifi hotspot.  Have used it all over the US.  It comes with car setup.  I purchased a window mount and a taller antenna. I attach it to the inside of the dining window.  If the signal is extremely weak or no signal of course it won't help.
