I have a 5 button Dometic control/thermostat. I have suddenly lost Zone 2. I did a reset of the controller and Zone 2 is completely gone from the screen. It no longer shows two zones on the screen just Zone 1. No A/C, no furnace, no heat pump on Zone 2. Anyone have any ideas? Does this mean that my 5 button controller has broken and needs to be replaced (again). OF course its over 90F. At least Zone 1 works.

If you have the 5 button Comfort Control thermostat, the document below shows troubleshooting. See Section A, first list.

Rich, when I had that problem I needed to replace the circuit board connected to the zone 2 A/C on the roof. It was a simple job supported by Kevin Waite supplying the CB to me at a reasonable price.
Good luck.

I unplugged the thermostat and then did another reset and all is well. I think its brain got scrambled.
