Thanks to all who who have responded.
1. I haven't noticed any Black exhaust smoke; HOWEVER:
2. The PacBrake was creating too much back pressure throwing oil/fuel out the exhaust. Cummins drilled holes in it to reduce the back pressure last year.
3. Same toad for 2 years, however, we've recently noticed the toad's Left tail light is very dim during towing, yet bright when not tethered to the RV.
4. What is the CAC ?
5.We left N.Calif.last June where the clear fuel filter was a golden color, now since traveling through Canada and Eastern USA, the color is now gray-brown. Cummins tech informed us that fuel additives are added by fuel Mfgs. to increase the burning efficiency which change their color. It may also be a reddish color they said. They advised using Lucas Fuel Addative which I'm giving a trial.
6.Fuel filters were changed 1,000 miles ago with engine service by Cummins.
7. We left the Coach in Fla. and just arrived in Calif. for the
holidays, but will resume our road adventure after New Years.
We're hoping to make the CC Pre-Rally in Tucson in March.
What are CCs guidelines for Rally repairs??
Thanks for the feedback.
Any further thoughts will be welcomed as well.
Our Best wshes to ALL in this Holiday Season.
