Considering making an offer on this RV? They are asking $82K with 42K miles. Moving from a 34 foot Rambler 5th Wheel to a Diesel Coach in this size and price range. I like the idea of the 400HP Cat, I assume it has a 10K hitch? Also I like the size for getting in and out of most state parks. Any experience or things to look for in this model and year would be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
PJ

PJ I own the same coach you are considering. A 2005 CC Sienna 36'. I also have 42k miles on mine.
Overall it's a wonderful coach. However, there are some things you need to be aware of. The PTO, power take off, dry spline must be converted to a wet spline system if that hasn't already been done. If it still has the original radiator, it will probably begin to leak, if it hasn't started already. This will require a complete new radiator.
Fogged windows are another issue that you need to inspect. If the tires are more than about seven years old, you will need to get new ones.

It maybe 10k, but tongue weight will not be 1000lbs. Maybe 650. CC did not design for trailers. Just to tow vehicles. Some how their engineers were not up on trailers , that they need 10/15 % tongue weight.
