Has anyone used Rush Truck Center in Flagstaff ?  My allison transmission needs to be serviced. there are two shops in Flagstaff, visited them both and felt better here, Reviews were not very good for either of them. Feel like I need to have it serviced soon. Would love some feedback if anyone has experience with them. Thanks

Not sure what way your heading, but even if heading South was not on your plans, it is not that far of a run down to this shop, maybe 90 mins(?) from Flagstaff, in the Camp Verde/Cottonwood area.

One of the nicest people I've ever met. The kind that will look you in the eye, and you can tell that what your being told is honest. Worth a call to review if they can get you in, and if you too get a good feel.

They helped us do a bypass of our rear coolant pump, that feeds the OTR heater up front. (Two in the system, and the one in the rear by the engine, is famous for going out from time to time. Even CC will tell you that as long as the front of the coaches circulation pump is working you'll have plenty of heat.

The owner of Hansen took good care of us, and I felt comfortable the job was being done right.

Heck, I felt so good about this shop, and the integrity of the owner - that I'm going to schedule my annual yearly work while going thru the area. Also going to ask his help on replacing our air cartridge, as it's coming up on four years old. (Braking air cartridge, the Bendix one, not air filter.)

As you can tell, I respect this shop!

Best of luck to you,

Smitty
